Product characteristics: Ceramic composite PEEK material is a special plate developed by Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Materials Research Institute based on the demand of market materials for the company, which has excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption and good precision hole processing. When a hole having a diameter of 10 μm is processed, problems such as burrs, rework, and deformation are caused. Therefore, a material such as a wholly aromatic polyester resin sheet having to be used for precision micropore processing has to be used. Our ceramic PEEK uses an inorganic nano-scale ceramic formulation and a unique molding process, which not only improves machinability and hole workability, but also has ultra-high rigidity other than fiber-reinforced resin which is difficult to cut, and also minimizes CERAMIC-PEEK. It is easy to burr when processing.
