The pom has a fast condensation rate, and the product is prone to surface defects such as wrinkles, streaks and weld lines, thereby improving the injection speed and increasing the temperature of the grinding tool.
Pom products are prone to internal stress, and the post-shrinkage is also large, and should be tempered. Post-treatment conditions: time 0.25-1 h; thickness 6 mm or less, temperature 100 °, thickness 6 mm or more, temperature 120-13 ° C, time 4-6 h.
The water absorption of pom is not high, but the drying treatment can improve the surface gloss of the product. Drying conditions are: temperature 110-120 ° C, time 3-5h.
